Park Terrace Marks 25th Anniversary with Celebration and New Dining Option

Park Terrace, a Kisco Senior Living community, celebrated its 25th anniversary with a vibrant event in the newly renovated Terra Sol Courtyard, showcasing Spanish Colonial architecture and lush landscapes. The celebration introduced 'Sabor', a new Spanish Tapas Restaurant, set to open this summer, offering residents and families a unique culinary experience. The event featured Flamenco performances and a preview of Sabor's menu, including dishes like marinated Castelvetrano olives and beef short rib with red wine reduction.

Geno Koehler, Executive Director at Park Terrace, emphasized the community's focus on enhancing residents' quality of life through diverse dining options. Sabor, meaning 'to savor', responds to resident feedback for casual yet high-quality dining, transforming the former Luciano's restaurant into a space that fosters community and connection. The restaurant will offer daily changing menus for lunch and dinner, with both indoor and outdoor seating options.
